Abstract
Studies of light scattering by the electron-hole-droplets /EHD/ give information about the EHD concentration in different conditions. EHD formation time and EHD velocity in inhomogeneously deformed Ge are measured as well as polarization of the EHD radiation induced by the uniaxial stress.
