„Talent zum Coach hat jeder“ lautet ein Buchtitel. Wir wissen nicht, ob das so stimmt. Sicherlich gibt es viele Menschen, die zum Coach geeignet sind. Aber wir wissen, daß Talent allein nicht reicht. Coaching-Kompetenz ist etwas, das man lernen kann und muß. Sie ist nichts Exklusives, kann allerdings auch nicht „en passant“ erworben werden.
