Auf die Einzelperson — z.B. die Führungskraft, die mit ihrem spezifischen Binnensystem in Arbeitssystemen (Team oder Betrieb) agiert, auf ein organisatorisches Teilsystem (Abteilung, Arbeitsgruppe), auf eine ganze Organisation, auf ein Projekt oder auf eine Ausbildungs- bzw. Trainingsgruppe.
