In diesem Kapitel soll die konzeptionelle Gestaltung des CIS vorgenommen werden. Aufgabe des CIS ist die Versorgung des Informationsverwendungssystems mit Information, die hier als “zweckorientiertes Wissen” definiert wird. Daher wird nur solches Wissen als Information bezeichnet, das zur Lösung eines Entscheidungsproblems beitragen kann.151
