Die Durchführung von Bauvorhaben, insbesondere die Durchführung großer technischer Anlagen, ist schon aus Kostengründen meist einem genauen Terminplan unterworfen. Aus diesem Grunde ist für den Auftraggeber die vertragsgerechte Leistungserbringung in zeitlicher Hinsicht oft von wesentlicher Bedeutung.
