Anyone who sells for a living knows that taking care of your customer is the only way to get future orders. Taking care of your customer means providing the customer with solutions to his/her specific business problems, offering information to help him/her in the job, providing the customer with opportunities to learn more about the company they buy from and generally consider the customer’s problem his own problem. This was true in the early 1900’s and will continue to be true well into the 21st century.
