Zusammenfassung
Die Begeisterung, ein Unternehmen gründen zu können, ist genauso verständlich wie das Wohlwollen der Gesellschaft für Gründer und neue Unternehmen. Der Gründer (1) fühlt sich herausgefordert, eine Idee in die Tat umzusetzen, deren Erfolgsaussicht durch seine Erfahrung nur unvollständig gedeckt ist. Das Gründen eines Unternehmens ist ein Abenteuer. Wäre es anders und könnte man den Erfolg planen, wäre die Idee nicht neu, das Unternehmen nicht anders als andere und der Nettogegenwartswert der Idee läge nicht über Null. Nur durch die Gründung und Führung einer unterscheidbaren Unternehmenseinheit gewinnt der Gründer letztendlich die Informationen über den Markt, die ihn entweder zum Erfolg oder zum Scheitern bringen. Die Gründung bringt Neues in die Welt und ist nur deshalb möglicherweise wertschaffend.
