Stabilität und Wandel neokorporatistischer Interessenvermittlung

Zusammenfassung

Belgien gilt als ein Land mit einer ausgeprägt neokorporatischen tradition (Schmitter 1981: 294ff.: van der Brande 1987; Huyse 1987; Lijphart/Crepaz 1991; Dewachter 1992; Lijphart 1999). Alle Charakteristika eines solchen Systems sind vorhanden: tripartistische Konzertierung, eine begrenzte Anzhahl großer Interessengruppen und politischen Parteien begünstigten. Doch zeigt diese mit einem beträchtlichen Beharrungsvermögen ausgestattete Form intensiver Konzertierung zwischen Regierung und einer begrenzten Anzahl von Interessengruppen zunehmend erosionstendenzen, die auf politische und kulturelle Veränderungen zurückzuführen sind (Hooghe 1997).
