Zusammenfassung
Gegenwärtig werden drei Wege eingeschlagen, um photoleitfähige Polymere herzustellen. Das sind die gezielte Synthese, die Glimmpolymerisation und die Sensibilisierung geeigneter polymerer Festkörper. Unter photoleitenden Polymeren wollen wir noch Stoffe verstehen, die es etwa erlauben, durch Einstrahlen von sichtbarem Licht ein Verhältnis von Photostrom zu Dunkelstrom von i ph/i dvon mindestens 2 zu erreichen. Für lichtelektrische Bauelemente und Informationsträger sind allerdings erst i ph/i d-Werte größer als 103 interessant.
