Zusammenfassung

Das bürokratische Modell ist in seiner Ausprägung das Resultat bestimmter grundsätzlicher Annahmen, die je nach dem Bedingungsrahmen richtig oder unzutreffend sein können. Eine Relativierung erfordert deshalb zunächst die Klarstellung dieser grundsätzlichen Annahmen.
