Abstract

This paper focuses on the question of how to improve the ability to identify, to evaluate and to set forth planned efforts for technology transfer. To anticipate the future use of technology is a task of vast scope and substantial complexity, because it is a process across established lines and is outside well understood patterns of technical application. In what follows is based on the assumption that a major improvement can be gained if there is a detailed knowledge of factors influencing technology transfer.
