Zusammenfassung

Die klinische Arbeit nimmt dort ihren Anfang, wo der Patient als “Fall von …” definiert wird. Die Rekonstruktion des Leibes als Körper bzw. als “Fall” bedeutet, daß der Patient einer rationalen Handhabung in EntScheidungsprozessen zugeführt und im ambulanten oder stationären Sektor eine Patientenkarriere zu durchlaufen vermag. Die Typisierung und die Standardisierung des Patienten schufen die Voraussetzungen für die Arbeitsteilung der Berufe im Gesundheitssystem.
