Zusammenfassung
Vom anthropologischen Ausgangspunkt her müssen wir das Kranksein an die Primärerfahrungen des Menschen anbinden, aus denen seine Befindensweisen resultieren. Das gestörte Befinden weicht als mißliches Leib-Erleben oder Miß-Befinden von der Normalität des Leibes ab, über die nur der Betroffene selber Angaben machen kann, wenn er sich unwohl bzw. krank fühlt. Einige grundsätzliche Befindensweisen des Menschen werden seit altersher durch ein Fehlen (modus deficiens), Nicht-mehr-können, Zuwenig/Zuviel oder ‘Anderssein’, jedenfalls als Entgleisung eines gleichgewichtigen Lebensverlaufs gekennzeichnet und durch einen medizinischen Befund, das subjektive Befinden und durch Auffälligkeiten sozialen Handelns definiert.
