Zusammenfassung
Dadurch, dass Customer Relationship Management (im Folgenden CRM) — wie TQM — holistisch zu sehen ist, sollte es deutlich strategisch im Betrieb positioniert werden. Die Komplexität vom CRM forciert jedoch eine systematische Vorgehensweise, bei der in verwaltbaren Schritten gearbeitet wird („don’t try to boil the ocean!“). Ein mangelhaftes CRM ist schlechter als gar keines. Daher ist die metrische und verwaltbare Integration von Systemen und Daten durchaus in Verbindung mit dem Firmenleitbild zu bringen.
