Application Service Providers (ASP’s) are here and changing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) landscape. If you haven’t heard about ASP’s yet, don’t worry you will. Also known as application hosting, this is a new model of selling software on a “pay as you go” basis — made possible by the marriage of the Web and conventional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products.
