Zusammenfassung
Die Standardisierung elektronischer Signaturen hat durch die am 30.11.99 vom europäischen Rat verabschiedete Direktive über gemeinsame Richtlinien für elektronische Signaturen weiter an Bedeutung gewonnen. Der Beitrag stellt einen bei ETSI erstellten Standard vor, der zur Unterstützung der Interoperabilität verschiedene Formate elektronischer Signaturen spezifiziert, und beleuchtet dessen Verhältnis zum Signaturgesetz und den Interoperabilitätsspezifikationen des BSI.
