Zusammenfassung

Im Sinne einer ersten Annäherung an die Entwicklungsproblematik kann das internationale System gesehen werden als ein System von Nationen als Einheiten und mit einem zentralen Wert, dem der Entwicklung. Dies impliziert nichts anderes, als daß die Nationen versuchen werden, ihre Entwicklung zu maximieren1.
