Das Ende der Hierarchie ist noch nicht gekommen - aber Form, Gestalt und vor allem die Inhalte, das Leben in der Hierarchie hat sich deutlich geändert. In kleineren Organisationen ist die Radikalkur der „Enthierarchisierung“ bereits weitgehend realisiert, während in großen Unternehmen mit mehreren zehntausend Mitarbeitern die Pyramide deutlich abgeflacht wurde.
