Determinants of Organizational Learning and Result Appropriation in R&D Cooperation

Abstract

This article aims at identifying and testing a set of determinants of learning and exploitation of scientific knowledge and technical skills in the context of cooperation covering R&D activities. A literature review on organizational learning and appropriation in R&D cooperation between firms enabled us to identify a common set of potential determinants.
