Zusammenfassung

Bei der Beschäftigung mit logistischen Problemstellungen spielt das Systemdenken eine zentrale Rolle.1 Mit dem Begriff Systemdenken soll eine systemtheoretische Sichtweise zum Ausdruck gebracht werden.2 Gegenstand der Systemtheorie sind Systeme, unter denen ein Modellrahmen verstanden wird, in den hinein die Realität abgebildet werden soll.3
