Abstract

In the previous chapters, several approaches and conditions for a termination of conflict were discussed. As a price war can be considered as being rather similar to other social conflicts such as eg. the cold war, the termination concepts discussed may well be applicable. In the first part of this chapter, a synthesis of the co-operation inducing concepts discussed in Chapter Four is provided, which considers the particular restrictions and possibilities of an economic price war scenario for conflict termination.
