Real Options are profitable, give a company the ability to hedge downside exposure and exploit upside profit potential when foreign exchange rates change, and can bring recognition and reward to a management team. Where and how does a company start in putting them in place? What are the organization and process changes a company must make in implementing a Real Options Supply Chain strategy?
