Abstract
Climate change has the potential to lead to major impacts in the agriculture sector, through both direct and indirect pathways. These will affect local and aggregate production, supply chains, prices and trade. However, many of these impacts can be reduced through adaptation and there is an increasing interest in the costs and benefits of action in the agriculture sector. This chapter provides a review of this evidence base, outlining the methods and insights at various spatial scales, as well as identifying future research priorities.
