Abstract
This book has provided explanations and examples of integrated care and shared practical guidance for moving forward with integrated care in your practice. This closing chapter reprises this guidance from each chapter to remind you of some specific challenges and opportunities you are likely to face as you take your own journey toward your practice becoming more of what you probably always wanted it to be. The ideas and suggestions are intentionally specific to integrating primary care and behavioral health, but you may find them to be relevant to other substantial changes you want to make in your practice. Primary care practices that have already taken the journey do not want to go back to how they used to practice because integrated care is better care.
