Intraarticular Fractures

Abstract

Intra-articular fracture management can be challenging when the patient desires to return to high loading or repetitive use of vocational or sports activities that involve the injured joint. Joint preservation and osteoarthritis prevention serve as the primary focus of therapeutic intervention. This chapter comprehensively reviews intra-articular fracture rehabilitation considerations.
