Abstract
Distilling insights from our exploration guided by movement and direction through the fields of aesthetics, social sciences, animal sciences, and geotechnical engineering, this chapter offers tenets for incorporation into critical leadership research and into critical leadership development. We offer modes of analysis that do not shy away from the complexity of deeply embedded social problems, so the tenets are not prescriptive in the sense that they are quick methodological fixes.
