In the presented research a methodology and algorithms of analysis of chaos in the processes described by quaternion models have been proposed. The design of the methods was preceded by an extensive literature research. Reliability of methods has been tested in three experiments carried out on the data captured from the real processes (gait recordings) as well as the generated data. An additional value of the proposed research is a quaternion clustering framework with quaternion clustering validity measures.
