Abstract
The goal of this chapter is to provide clinical insight into the diagnosis and treatment of the foot and related disorders associated with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Hypotonia and pediatric flatfeet will be discussed including the indications for orthoses. Gait abnormalities associated with ASD, such as toe walking, will be reviewed. Clinical evaluation of the foot and dermatologic manifestations of ASD in the foot will also be discussed.
