Abstract

As the current demographic structure changes and the world’s aging population gradually increases, the elderly population has a higher risk of being ill and the health problems of the elderly should draw wide public concern. Older people are groups that need special attention from people. Nowadays, the rapid development of medical science and technology is not a problem. However, elderly people have begun to degrade their memory and memory. Elderly people can not take medicine on time and forget the doctor’s advice, thus failing to achieve the desired recovery effect. Therefore, how to make the elderly better self-rehab and maintain their health remains to be studied. In the era of mobile information, medical, diet, tourism and other application terminals come into being, providing more platforms for the health of the elderly. However, the target group for the design of health-care apps for the elderly is the elderly, which requires that the products The function and form should be different from the general app, so how to design health-care app for the elderly is of great significance to the entire elderly population. This article combines the experience of the elderly to design a specific analysis of how to make the elderly healthy living and maintaining a healthy app. The purpose is to remind the elderly to urge medicine on time, rest on time, eat rationally and help plan and do a healthy lifestyle. This article begins with a discussion of the health needs of the elderly. Based on the status quo of health-care apps in the elderly, this article discusses in depth the design of a health-care app that meets the cognitive characteristics of the elderly. To study the influencing factors such as the physiological characteristics, psychological characteristics and cultural characteristics of the elderly, to find out the difficulties in designing the app for the elderly, and finally to discuss the cognitive behavior of the elderly using the mobile phone. The overall design combined with the elderly physiology, psychology, cultural factors for design. Awareness of the elderly aspects of degradation The problem of providing more systematic and targeted design principles and methods from the aspects of icons, text, keys, colors, interface typesetting and interaction processes. According to the above points to seek reasonable and effective app to promote the health of older adults to restore the design.
