Abstract
L’avenir du droit comparé est bien évidemment difficile à prévoir dans ces temps changeants, sinon, en tenant compte, de façon rétrospective, de son évolution depuis la fin du XIXe siècle. Ce retour en arrière pourrait permettre de mieux identifier certaines tendances prometteuses pour l’avenir.
