Abstract

Two engineers, Donald and Jeremy, were working as part of a large, complex, multi-disciplinary project team. Twenty-five engineers were assigned to this project team. Like many large-scale projects, it came with significant budgetary and time pressures . Tempers at times would fray.

We need to bring the human being back to work.
