A useful framework to consider when encouraging team members is the Q12 I introduced in the last chapter. In this chapter, I want to expand upon these 12 questions and consider ways to include these ideas in your conversations as a means of encouragement.

At its most basic, organizations are a collection of people working in a structured way towards a common goal.
