Abstract

In this chapter, we consider two powerful tools for facilitating visioning conversations. They can be used in both one-to-one or group situations. These tools are easy to use and can have a very positive impact with the right people, at the right time.

Ideally everything that is said, done, and thought about in an organization ought to be consistent with the vision—or at the least, not contradictory with the vision.
