Abstract

Although quite a few smokers deny that they might be addicted to tobacco, claiming they can quit if they want to, most of the smokers in our study and many who have attempted to quit are quick to admit addiction. Many people only realize they are addicted when they attempt to quit—finding that it is no easy task.
