The Wellbeing Workout

Abstract

Being ‘well’ involves the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and psychological. Before any of us make changes to our lifestyle, we need to assess what is within our healthy capabilities, so may require us to check with a doctor what is suitable. It can be fruitful to ask for a mini-check-up of our vital statistics, such as blood pressure, body mass index (weight to height ratio) and general fitness level. Most health practices have facilities to measure and monitor us.
