Abstract
This conclusive chapter identifies a few perspectives for interventions in career design and education. It introduces the main evolutions which led to the definition of a new purpose of interventions in this field: supporting self-designing interventions for humane sustainable development and decent world. On the basis of contributions to the book, some paths towards a future program of interventions are designed. The professional roles of career professionals are also considered regarding these new perspectives.
