Abstract
Prospects of using virtual technologies in modern corporate business systems are examined in this article. These technologies specify actions of the participants, update and modernize them, accumulating the best options for cooperation and competition in the system environment. Information technologies used in the process of enterprise management, allow converting organization structure into a network form. The traditional form of corporate organization acquires new qualities, not comparable to its previous form of existence: management processes are improved, a company undergoes a flexible reconfiguration of all its resources, company sees the growth of the level of its general flexibility and adaptability to external and internal environment. On the basis of empirical study the authors identify factors that slow down the process of virtualization of corporate business systems in Russia.
