Abstract
Actual issues of formation and development of digital economy are studied, and peculiar features of its functioning in Russia are distinguished and analyzed. The goal of the scientific research is achieved: analysis of perspective directions of transformation of technologies of management in the modern society and substantiation of principles and peculiarities of application of new managerial technologies within digital economy. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research consists of fundamental and applied works of Russian and foreign researchers in the sphere of economic and management. The arguments that prove the value of usage of effective managerial technologies in development of digital economy are given. As a result of the research, it is proved that development of digital economy on the basis of usage of modern managerial technologies influences positively the processes of communication and exchange of ideas and experience not only within separate national economies but also at the scale of the world economy.
