Abstract

5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) is a drug used in chemotherapy protocols. Using the recently described technique of Microinfusion of Medication into the Skin (MMP®), from the Portuguese acronym Microinfusão de Medicamentos na Pele), we are going to explore in this chapter how 5-FU can be useful to treat acne scar.
