Abstract
Increasingly, younger patients have been seeking minimally invasive rejuvenation treatments and techniques because of their rapid recovery time, lower costs, and minimal side effects. Although cosmetic improvement is not comparable with surgical techniques, patients feel confident with the results and often come back to repeat the procedure after 12 to 24 months. The use of facial threads by physicians has been increased because of its rapid learning curve, safety, and low morbidity rates. Cosmetic results can be improved with correct indication and accomplishment of the technique.
