Abstract

Volume restoration of the upper face is crucial to guarantee a harmonic shape when using minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. Loss of subcutaneous volume is characteristic of aging and the temple and eyebrows’ volume reposition improves the contour of the upper face with a secondary effect of lifting the lateral eyebrows. This chapter will describe in a bullet style the step-by-step approach to these areas looking for a natural result; it will also show how to manage possible complications and describe the recent published literature regarding upper face volume augmentation.
