Abstract
Botulinum toxin A (BtxA) is a noninvasive procedure practiced worldwide. Many different indications have been developed in the last 25 years. Chemical rhinoplasty is an effective and safe procedure, applying 2–4 units of onabotulinum toxin A (ona)/incobotulinum toxin A (inco) or 4–8 units of abobotulinum toxin A (abo). The importance of applying this to depressor septi and the alar portion of the nasal muscle both sides is to lift the nose up. Bunny lines are the result of the contraction of transverse portion of the nasal muscle; applying 2–5 units of ona/inco or 4–10 units of abobotulinum toxin A to each upper nasal side improves these lines or helps them disappear.
