Patellofemoral Osteotomies

While the role of patellofemoral (PF) osteotomies in the treatment of PF disorders continues to evolve, there is a common goal: optimize the contact area and decrease PF forces when possible. By definition, this decreased force with increased contact area results in decreased PF stress.
