Abstract

This chapter presents the role of talent management in creating and supporting sustainable competitive advantage of firms from Korea. We provide various examples showing how talent management practices may contribute to a firm’s competitive advantage in the Korean context. Special attention is paid to the identification of a number of specific talent management practices, which influence competitive advantages in this particular context.
