Human–Computer Interaction

This chapter discusses human–computer interaction (HCI), which is a branch of computer science that is concerned with the design, evaluation and implementation of interactive computing systems for human use. It is focused on the interfaces between people and computers, and involves several different fields including computer science, cognitive psychology, design and communication.
