The Conceptual Model of Corporate Network of the Competencies and Innovation Management Centers
In the fifth chapter the authors conclude that establishing a centre of innovation and competence transfer as a company’s structural unit is not always sufficient tool for effective competitiveness management. In this regard, they develop a mechanism for establishing a corporate network of such centres that provide the exchange of knowledge and technologies among several companies. To improve the efficiency of such network the authors recommend sharing their results on the specific activities for internal and external.
This chapter contains a block scheme of the algorithm for building the system of competence centres including the corporate organizational units, as well as the scheme of conformity assessment of competence to consumer demand in the market. Practical application of these schemes allows several companies to direct their efforts to achieve a specific innovation goal, which could be a breakthrough in the market of innovative solutions.
Practical interest of the chapter is that it includes the algorithm of creating new competitive advantages based on available unique competence inside and outside the corporation to meet the existing demand in high-tech market.
