Abstract

Clinical case. Differential diagnosis: Synucleinopathies with parkinsonism (PD, MSA, DLB). Diagnosis: Temporal profile of motor and autonomic dysfunction, brain MRI, cardiac sympathetic imaging. Main autonomic manifestations of PD: orthostatic hypotension, gastrointestinal, bladder dysfunction and sudomotor dysfunction. Symptoms management and prognosis.
