Abstract
This chapter is based on reflections of all of the instructors who have offered MMTS 2.0 and provides suggestions and insights about running MMTS 2.0 with a group or team of your choice. (The list of MMTS 2.0 instructors, with their background in mindfulness meditation and self-compassion training are listed in Appendix H). Prior to writing this book, we had mentored each of the other instructors (meaning via in person, Skype or Zoom sessions, talking through each module) prior to their teaching MMTS 2.0. We hope that this chapter provides a similar support to you. We have grouped their responses together with our own suggestions by theme. We hope that this chapter will answer most of your questions as you embark on teaching MMTS 2.0.
