Abstract
This chapter provides practical strategies for educators to prepare students with ASD for post-high school employment and discusses important issues involved in transition planning. A transition framework and a transition plan example are offered. High school educators, transition service providers, and parents of students with ASD may find the information provided in this chapter useful.
