The original version of Chapter 6 was inadvertently published with the below incorrect sentence on page 183.
“In fact, as of 31 December 1980, out of HK$5.261 billion total loan facilities available, HK$11.515 billion remained undrawn.”
This is factually incorrect and has been changed to:
“In fact, as of 31 December 1980, out of the total HK$11.515 billion loan facilities available, HK$5.261 billion remained undrawn.”
The chapter has now been corrected and approved by the author.
